Meet Chef Dan
Elements of French, Italian, Spanish, Mexican, and New American complete my culinary repertoire. After graduating from the Culinary Academy of Long Island, I gained hands on experience working in prestigious, New Jersey restaurants such as The Raven and the Peach and The Rumson Country Club.
In 2012, I saw a need for a new, intimate dining experience. I left my job at Rumson CC and started Chef Dan, Private Chef and Caterer. A service where we transform your home into a restaurant for the evening for you and your guests. From the beginning, I personally work with you to create a custom menu for your event. We work with local farmers to source out the freshest and highest quality ingredients. My team and I arrive on site to set up prior, manage during, and take care of the clean up after. Depending upon the size of your event, I provide my highly skilled crew of sous chefs, wait staff, and bartenders.
